Returns & Refunds Policy

Most items are eligible for a 7-day refund if faulty, damaged, or missing parts. Customers cover return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund.

Important Notes:

Inspect items before signing for delivery. An unboxing video is recommended for damage claims.
Minor cosmetic issues (scratches, paint chips) may qualify for a discount but not a return.

Refund Processing:

Returns take 3-6 weeks to reach us, plus 5-7 business days for inspection and processing.

How to Return:

If approved, we’ll provide a return label and instructions.

Eligibility:

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and proof of purchase.
